All material from the site www.nutcometicshop.com may not be copied and used for any other purpose and in any way without the prior permission of the responsible person of Nut d.o.o.
Any unauthorized use of the materials on the website www.nutcometicshop.com may violate the laws on copyright, intellectual property, trademarks and other laws. If you do not use the site according to all local, republic laws of the Republic of Serbia and you present yourself with false names or data, Nut d.o.o. has all rights to terminate, suspend or modify your account or access to the Website or parts of the Website without prior notice. The color shades shown in the images do not necessarily correspond exactly to the actual colors and depend on the color calibration of your device to view this site.

METHOD OF ORDERING

You can order all our products through our online store at www.nutcosmeticshop.com, by simply selecting the appropriate product and its quantity, and then adding it to the Cart. After that, you can continue further shopping by choosing new products or switch to ordering and payment.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can pay for all the products ordered in our online store in one of two ways:

1. Cash on delivery

When paying by cash on delivery, you pay the total amount of the order (shipment value + delivery costs) to the courier service when picking up the shipment

2. Payment via Paypal

METHOD OF DELIVERY

Delivery of the goods you ordered is done via courier service within 24 to 48 hours from the moment of ordering.
All orders received on working days until 12:00 are delivered the same day to the courier service. A working day means all days from Monday to Friday, except in cases when it is a holiday.
Goods are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The courier service delivers the ordered goods exclusively on working days. If the courier delivers the goods that are damaged in transport, or will not wait for the recipient to open and inspect the package, the recipient has the full right not to pick up the package. After that, you need to contact info@nutcosmeticshop.comand present the problem.
If Nut d.o.o. is not able to deliver the selected product, the customer will be notified in a timely manner by e-mail or telephone. The customer will be contacted using the contact details provided during registration.
Delivery price depends on the weight of the package and it is calculated by the courier service.
The courier service delivers the goods to the address, ie. does not bring it into the living space.
The deadline for complaints about possible damage is 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the goods.

COMPLAINTS

Nut d.o.o. guarantees the quality of its products. All products are natural and meet the specifications listed on the site and on the individual product.
Nut d.o.o. respects the law on consumer protection and guarantees the following deadlines:

14 days - you have the right to change your mind if you ordered goods online
8 days - the deadline within which the seller must respond to the complaint from the day of receipt of the complaint
15 days - deadline for resolving the complaint from the day of receiving the complaint
30 days - the period in which the seller is obliged to perform the service or delivery of goods from the day of concluding the distance contract and the contract concluded outside the business premises, unless otherwise agreed

The invoice obtained during the online purchase is the only document with which the buyer can exercise his rights.
All complaints arising in case of non-compliance of the purchased goods are regulated by the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 62/2014). A consumer is a natural person who procures goods or services on the market for purposes not intended for his business or other commercial activity (Article 5, Paragraph 1). Nut d.o.o. by concluding a contract with the consumer, he accepts all obligations from that law with all the professional attention directed towards the consumer.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, during the delivery, it is the duty of the buyer to inspect the product and to point out possible mechanical damage.

CONSUMER RIGHTS WHEN BUYING ONLINE

We would like to inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 62/2014 and 6/2016 - other law), hereinafter: the Law, the purchase through our sales website www.nutcometicshop.com is considered by distance selling.
In the case of distance buying, the seller is not obliged to issue a fiscal invoice to the buyer, and in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1, item 1) of the Decree on determining the activity in which there is no obligation to record turnover through the cash register "Official Gazette of RS", no. 61/10, 101/10, 94/11, 83/12, 59/13, 100/14), but all rights can be exercised by the consumer on the basis of a distance selling contract.
The Law on Distance Selling establishes the right of a buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet his individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to the state, ie to the state of the person designated by the buyer and not the carrier. When withdrawing, the buyer can, but does not have to, state the reasons for withdrawing. The statement of withdrawal from the contract has legal effect from the day it is sent to the trader. The statement of withdrawal must be signed in person.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal form. After the expiration of the period of 14 days from the day when he sent the withdrawal, the product can no longer be returned. The costs of returning the goods as well as the organization of their transport in case of cancellation are borne by the buyer.
It is possible to return only products that are undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for defects or damage to the product that are the result of inadequate handling of the product, ie. the buyer is solely responsible for the impaired value of the product that arises as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, ie exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
In case of legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer without delay the amount paid by the buyer on the basis of the contract, and no later than 14 days from the day when he received the withdrawal form. The Seller may defer the refund until it receives the returned goods, or until the Buyer provides proof that he has sent the goods to the Seller, whichever comes first.
The Consumer Protection Act excludes the right of the buyer to withdraw from the Contract and return the product in certain situations. Having in mind the range of goods in our offer, from these cases we want to list the following:

  • provision of services, after the service has been fully performed, if the provision of services began after the explicit prior consent of the buyer and with his confirmation that he knows that he loses the right to withdraw from the contract when the trader fully performs the contract;
  • deliveries of goods produced according to special consumer requirements or clearly personalized;
  • delivery of goods that are subject to deterioration or have a short shelf life
  • deliveries of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which are unsealed after delivery;
  • delivery of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature are inseparably mixed with other goods;
  • contracts in which the buyer explicitly requests a visit from the trader in order to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance; if during this visit the trader provides services other than those specifically requested by the consumer or delivers goods other than replacement parts necessary for maintenance or repair, the right to withdraw from the contract applies to these additional services or goods;
  • delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a durable medium if the execution began after the prior explicit consent of the consumer and his confirmation that he knows that in this way he loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by a statement that he can give on a special form for withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance, ie outside the business premises or in another unambiguous way.
